Cancellation Policy
All clients must give at least a 24 hr cancellation notice. Failure to comply will result in a rebooking fee of 50% of the total price of the missed appointment. ( ex. $25 for shampooset or silk press, $30 for retwist, etc)
4 or more cancellations will require prepayment to rebook.
No call no shows will require 50% of the total price of the service missed in order to rebook; or might be subject to be blocked from booking future appointments.
